MEETING OF JUNE 24, 1963
A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was
called to order at 4 P.M. by President Emmons Dean
at the Southold Town Clerk Office, on Monday, June
24, 1963.
Present: Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Alvah Goldsmith
Philip Weiler
Marion Regent
Previously approved permits were signed.
Application of Edwin H. King for two (2) stakes approved.
Fee $1.00
Applications for following approved subject to approval
by Mattituck Harbor Master:
Robert J. Chester-1 stake-Paid 500
Harry Weber -1 " . " 500
Anton Gaydosik -2 stakes " $1.00
John Gaydosik -2 stakes " 1.00
Application of James .V. Thurrot was not acted upon as Town
Counsel advised that the Trustees have no jurisdiction in
the waters concerned on Fishers Island. Mr. Thurrot was
advised accordingly.
