MEETING OF JANUARY 7, 1963 .
A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called to
order at 1:30 P.M. by President Emmons Dean at the Southold Town
Clerk Office on Monday, January 7, 1963 .

Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Alvah Goldsmith
The President called for a moment of silent prayer in memory
of the wife of our fellow member of the Board, John McNulty.
Mr . George McMann appeared before the Board to inquire about
the pending applications of Edwin King.. Mr. McMann was informed
that the Board was preparing an information to the Justice of
the Peace for violation of the Town Ordinance against Mr . King.
No further action will be taken. by the Board in relation to the
issuance of any permits to Mr. King until the Court decides the
pending case against him.
Applications previously approved by the Board were signed.
Applications were received from Dr . E. B. Plump and Agnes Offner
whose properties adjoin each other on Jockey Creek, Southold, N.Y.
for permission to erect bulkheads and dredge in fron of bulkhead
to fill behind bulkheads. The amount to be dredged by Dr. Plump
is estimated at 1000 cu. yds. Fee $40.00.
The amount to be dredged by Mrs. Offner is estimated at 500 cu.
yards. Fee $20.00.
Application of Ernest and Harold Wilsberg_ for permit to dredge
canal through their property , West Creek, Goose Bay, Southold.
Fee $15 .00. -
Next Meeting will be held January 28, 1963 at 1: 30 P.M..
