A regular meeting of the Southold Town Trustees was called
to order at the Town Clerk Office, Southold, N.Y. by President
Emmons Dean at 4 P.M. on November 28, 1960.
Present: Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Philip Weiler
Alvah Goldsmith
Marion Regent
Mr. Henry Stenson of Mattituck appeared before the Board
to request a change in the location of the float and ramp
that was covered in the permit previously granted.
This change was made necessary by the fact that silt from
the 1kighway had filled in the original specified location.
Since the work had not been done on the first location, the
Board voted to agree to the change without further charge
and the sketches on the permit were changed according to
his request.
Application of Horton Phillips for permission to install
two pilings parallel to and 41 feet on the northerly side
of his dock on Mattituck Creek was granted. Fee $1.00..
