TOWN CLERK'S ,OFFICE -- SOUTHOLD, NEW YORK A meeting . of the Town Trustees was held at the Town Clerk' s Office, Southold, N.Y. , on February 27, 19549 at 1:30 P.M. Present: Emmons Dean, President John F. McNulty Frank Dawson .Alvah B. Goldsmith Rensselaer G. Terry, Town Uounsel Marion Winters •' Minute�.'of the previous meeting were`nead andAa: roved. Application of Lura Krueger for permission to remove marsh grass an bog and build up a sandy beach in front of her property on Richmond's Creek Peconic was discussed. The property was described -as follows: North by F. L. Schultze, East by Richmond Creek, South by Picinich and West by Wells Road. Permission was granted with provisions that the general shore line be maintamied and that there is no encroach- ment on adjoining property owners . Fee to be $10.00. ' .Application of Mr. Frank C. Hendrickson for permission to dredge in front of his property on Jockey Creek was read. The proposed area to be dredged was to be the width of his frontage on Jockey Creek, Approximately 100 feet, and not to exceed 100 ,feet out from shore line , to a depth not to exceed 5 feet at mean low water. It was voted to grant such a permit. Fee to be $50..00. Permits of Mr. Helmut Hass were signed. Clerk is to write to Mr. Leo Roon regarding application for permit to dredge along his property line on Jockey Creek.
