MINUTES OF TOWN TRUSTEE MEETING -- NOVEMBER 28, 19 53
TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE -- SOUTHOLD,, NEW YORK.
A meeting of the Town Trustees was held at the Town
Clerk's Office in Southold, New York, on .November 28,
1953, at 1:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by 'Emmons Dean, President.
Present: Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
John Mc Nulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
Rensselaer G. Terry, Jr. , Town k'ounsel
Marion Winters
Minutes of the October meeting were read for. information.
The following applications were received:
Brush Creek Association for Dredging
Wunneweta Pond for Dredging
Felix R. Tyroler for Dredging and Dock Permit
Previous approval of permits to Brushes Creek Association
and Wunneweta Pon was confirmed. Since these projects
are Association Projects, no charge was to be made for
these permits. They are considered as Town improvements.
.Application of Felix Tyrol was approved, the fee to
be $$10.00. The -d7e—neral shore line is to be maintained.
Mr. Terry gave as his opinion that a notice, as suggested
by Mr. Tuthill at the October meeting, would be proper
and that he would prepare such a notice for approval
at our next meeting.
Further discussion was held on disposition of the
derelict barge at Mill Creek. Steps are being considered
to have it removed.
The minutes were read and approved.
The meeting adjourned at 3:.45 P. M.
