SUPERVISOR'S OFFICE, GREENTPORT'.' NEW YORK.
A meeting of the Town Trustees was held at tl-e Supervisor's
Office at Greenport, New York, on August 28, 1953 at 7:30 P.M.

The Clerk reported that the minutes of missing -meetings in
the minute book as listed in previous meeting were in the
book ready for typing.
Printing of letter heads completed but statment or bill
heads not yet delivered by printer.
Arrangements are to be made by tbD Supervisor for the
keeping of Town Trustees records in the Town Clerk's
Office.
The bills for arrears in permits to be sent as soon as bill
heads are printed.
The next meeting of the Tu n Trustees is to be held on
September 18, 1953 at the Supervisor' s office in Greenport,. ,
at 7:30 P.M.
Minutes read and approved.
Meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
