Town Meeting - change to tierini al
Town Election - biennially through 5 freeholders
Change term to 4 years.
Elected same manner as other town officers'.
Pay of trustees to be 810.00 per meeting ,
plus any necessary and legal expenses,.
Trustees to have authority to petition town_
. . Board to enact ordinances to require -the
issuing of easement grants, permits in Town
waters for the erection of docks, bulkheads,
breakwaters' or for dredging.
