Present: Emmons Dean
John McNulty
Frank Dawson
Alvah Goldsmith
Outstandingbills as follows for permits, etc.
$140.00 to be billed and collected.
Manasek - $10.00 fee was assessed. ;Papers Lobe
prepared and ' delivered.
Discussion of powers of Town Trustees was held.
Counsel TedtRy was to be asked to get copy of brief sub-
mitted in case of Parlis to determine ,basis of decision.
' Chairman suggested the Trustees meet the first
Wednesday every month at Town Clerk's Office at 1:30
P. M. This suggestion was adopted by the Board.
