Southold, New York November 25, 1939
A meeting of the Toi,rn Trustees held in Latayer George C. Terry' s
office, Southold on above date with President Tabor presiding
in tfie chair.
Directors present were Tabor,
Dean,
Davis
Horton
McNulty
Also Mr. George C. Terry was present.
After some discussion a motion was made and seconded that
signs be placed at Mill Creek and Pete Neck Bay prohibiting
the dredging for scallops.
It was also moved and seconded that notices be published in the
newspapers of the Town, both motions carried.
Moved to adjourn.
