A meeting of the Town Trustees held in the Town Clerk' s Office in
Southold on above date.
Mettei- Meeting called to order by President Tabor.

Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Tyr. Dean reported that under his supervision 2200 bushels of bug
scallops had been taken from Mill Creek and planted in Pete Neck
Bay, Jockey Creek and Cutchogue Harbor.
On r.Aion the following resolution was unanimously adopted. It shall
be unlawful for any person to _remove scallops by dredging in Mill
Creek and Pete Neck Bay in the Town of Southold on or before Sept.
1, 1940.
