Southold, New York September 23, 1939
A meeting of Southold Town Trustees held in the Town Clerk' s Office
in Southold , on above date, Meeting called to order by President
Fred Tabor.
Trustees present: Tabor

Davis
Horton
McNulty
Supervisor Horton was present and said the Town Board at their last
meeting recommended that the Town Trustees grant permission for
removal of the small scallops in shoal water in Iviill- Creek to
deeper water.
Moved and seconded that scallops in deep water in mill Creek remain
where they are and the scallops in shoal .water be moved to deeper
water. At a. . cost not to exceed 8150.00
Motion carried.
Moved and seconded and carried that Mr-. 'Dean have supervision of
removal of scallops
Minutes approved7 meeting adjourned.
