HomeMy WebLinkAboutTR-02/27/1939 Southold, New York Februay 27, 1939 Meeting of the Trustees of Southold Town held in the office of Laiyer George C. Terry at Southold on above date. Meeting called to order by President Fred Tabor. • Directors present Tabor, Davis Dean Horton McNulty. Minutes of previous meetins read and approved. Mr. Dean Who was appointed at the Trustees meeting on Dec. 2, 1930 to have supervision of removal of bug escallops from Mill Creek reported that 37 bushels were secured and 30 bushels were planted in Orient Harbor and 7 bushe.Is planted in the head of Mill Creek. Application Was recELved from George F. Hummel for permsision to excavate a canal along a certain gutter adjacent to premises called Norwald on the map by Surveyor Otto tidy Van Tuyle, situated near Cutchogue, N.Y. Dredging to be for a width of 30 feet and a depth of 4feet along the premises as indicated, on may as canal under construction. i� Resolution offered that the application of George F. Hw-, gel to such dredging as set up in said petition be granted. Resolution approved by all member of the Board of Trustees. On motion meeting adjourned. C.J.
