Meeting of Trustees of Southold Toi-.m held at Founders Landing
Southold, New York on above date.
Meeting called to order by President Tabor.

Mr. F.H. Robinson, Commodore of Southold Yacht Club, Inc. was
present and presented an application requesting permission to
remove sand from along the Easter side of Mill Creek for the
purpose of depositing same on the adjacent Southold Yacht Club
property known as the Dlke.
After looking at the map of the Yacht Club property and discussing
the same, the Trustees visited the property of Yacht Club with
Sommodore Robinson and the Trustees agreed that the work contemplated
would improve the appearance of the property. A motion made by
S. W. Horton and seconded by Emmons Dean granting permission
as requested in the application was carried and Clerk McNulty
was instruabd to take the matter up with Town Council Mr. Terry
and have the necessary papers drawn up.

Dear.,Sirs:
J We respectfully recuest the permission of ,your Board to
remove sand from along the eastern side of Mill Creek for the purpose
of despositing same on the adjacent Southold Yacht Club .property
known as the Dike. Due to the peculiar circumstances under which the
Club has arranged to accomplish this work, it is important that per-
mission be obtained at the earliest possible moment and any cooperat-
ion in this direction will be appreciated greatly by the membership.
