Meeting called to order by President Fred Tabor. Directors present:Tabor Dean Davis Iiorton McNulty Organized as follows: Fred Tabor - President C.J. McNulty - Clerk & Treasurer Mr. C.H. Wickham of Mattituck was present and presented a petition requesting permission to build a bridge over a small stream. of water that runs through his property known as Laughing Waters nectar Peconic Bay' Southold. Said petition requests permission to do some dredging. Mr. Wickham Application attached on this page. At suggestions of Latryer George C. Terry decision was reserved until Town Board acted on exception of bridge. Meeting adjourned to call of Clerk. C.J. I, the undersigned, hereby request from the Southold Town Trustees permission to dredge or fill to 'the extent of fifty feet on the creek or channel bottom and cut channels if need be through any meadow lands owned by my- self, by rights of the Commorers deeds to this meadow and bottoms at Corey' s Creek at Sou- thold, L. I. , now known as "Laughing Water" . I, the undersigned, hereby request from the Southold Town ,Trustees bermissibn to improve for sale and open for taxation property known as "Laughing Water" at Southold, L. I. , by dredging sand on top of meadow land owned by myself and putting, -a walk bridge over a narrow strip of water to permit access to Peconic Bay beach, this bridge to be six foot clearance above mean high water and bents to be ten feet apart so as not to obstruct in any way any boat that might be able to travel in shallow water. ___ Signed
