Town Trustees. Tabor, Horton and McNulty with Mr. Basford met
at the Old Mill, Mattituck on above date and looked over the .
location of the lease applied for by Mr. Basford and agreed
to grant the lease as soon as the necessary papers werd pre-
sented said lease to be for a period of five years at a rental
of forty dollars per year transfer of lease only at the approval
of the Town Trustees.
The Trustees also looked over the site of the request grant of
Geo. Naugles and- agreed to sign as soon as the necessary papers
were presented'.
