Meeting of Town Trustees called to order by P resident 'Emmons
Dean at 1:30 P. M-
Present: Emmons Dean
Frank Dawson
John McNulty
Alvah Goldsmith
Matter of application of Mrs. _Jean Fenmore for permit
to dredge and erect a bulkhead in Mattituck Creek was
discussed. Since this project has been approved by
the Army Engineers and since it will aid in the general
'improv:--went to navigation in the said creek, and since
this improvement will be made at considerable expense to
the applicantq .permit is hereby granted and the fee to be
$35;00 for such permit.
Matter of application of Raymond Sanford and Fred Wreden.
at Broadwaters Creek to dredge in Creek and remove. bog
to make a sandy beach was discussed. Permission was granted
on the basis that the said dredging will_ not- 'substantially
alter the general high water line as it now exists. The
fee to be . $10.00 for each applicant.
Application of William. Worth for permission to dredge and:
fill at Goldsmith' s In1e was approved. Fee 818.00.
Lease of George V. Vander Borgh & Son was signed and check
of $25.00 for first year's ren al received. The check was
turned over �to Town Clerk Ralph Boatt for submission to
Supervisor Klipp.
