Meeting of Town Trustees called to order in Town Clerk' s Office s
Southold at 1:40 p.m.
Present: Emmons Dean - Chairman
Harry Mason
John McNulty
Alvah B. Goldsmith
Minutes of last meeting read for information!.
Organization of the Board resulted in the election of Emmons Dean
as President and Alvah Goldsmith' Treasurer and Clerk.
Treasurer reported -that he had this day closed out the Trustees
account in the Southold Savings Bank by a Cashier' s Check to the
order of Norman E. Klipp' Supervisor, Town of Southold in the
amount of �'1559.67 which represents the accwnulated funds plus
interest to date.
- It was voted to request out State Senator and Assemblyman and the
Supervisor to attend the next regular meeting of the Board of
B Trustees on April 77 1948 to discuss the authority of the Town
Trustees in Tows graters and to determine 'the jurisdiction of
Board of Trustees and of the State more specifically.
It was voted to have regular meetinr for the year 1948 and they
were sec as follows:
