A meeting of the Tom. Trustees was called at 2:00 p.m. on
October 17, 1946.
Present: Mr. John McNulty
Mr. Lyle Tuthill
Mr. Alvah B. Goldsmith
Mr. Tuthill was nominated and elected for chairman of meeting
in absence of Mr. Dean.
Matter of the apptk§4 8'T t of Julius ZebroslLi was discussed.
Board visited the site and it was decided to lay it on the
table pending further detailed information as to boundaries
of land to be filled - title to meadOWlGnd and definite
assurance that chamiel to be dredged will connect with ex-
isting channel to Bay.
