The Southold Town- Trustees met at the Town .Clerk Offioe
on Monday, February 28, 1966 at 1: 30 P.M.

Minutes of January 26, 1966. were read and approved.
Application of Kurt Hambsch to dredge a 50' wide and
700' long channel and boat basin in Corey Creek was_
received. Since about half of this area is owned by
the applicant, the fee of $140.00 was based on half
of the total yardage as estimated town owned fill.
Permit issued - 3500 Sq. Yds. at .04 - Fee $140.00.
Application .of Mariano J. Cassata of Westview Drive,
Mattituck, N.Y. to install two (2) stakes in Mattituck
Creek was granted in accordance with the application
submitted. Fee $1.00.
Application of Hans and Mary Noor of West Creek Ave. ,
and West Road, Cutchogue, N.Y. to dredge a channel
approach to Wickham' s Creek 2000 ' long, 100' wide
was received. The Trustees waived objection to this
application on the basis that the dredging is in the
bay.
The Town Trustees received a letter from William Beebe
offering a piece of his property as added spoil area
for the Broadwaters dredging project. As a result
of this offer, the Trustees made an Inspection of this
area and felt that this area could be considered if
more spoil area is necessary.
