Heslin. 15 Tiffany Place, Apt PH6 Brooklyn,NY 11231 Mr. Heslin proposes the construction of a single family dwelling as depicted in the attached site plan,prepared by RES4 Architecture and dated 4/16/13. The building footprint has been extended to the north and a first floor-level deck and associated access stairs have been added on the sea- ward side. The five conditions of the ZBA's original findings,however, are still met by the pro- posed structure if the stairs to grade from the seaward deck are exempt from inclusion in the set- back calculations.
