Findings: The Board of.Trustees DENIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE the application as submitted. The project does not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The Board of Trustees determined that as this project is entirely within an established bufferarea; a more detailed project plan depicting all vegetation and.details of the proposed trimming and cutting within the buffer area would be required. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency- D James F.
