A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Capitol One Bank Building, First Floor Conference
Room,.54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday November 21, 2013
commencing at 5:00 P.M.
Present were:
Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member
Gerard P. Goehringer, Member
George Horning, Member (via Skype)
Ken Schneider, Member
Eric Dantes, Member
Vicki Toth, Zoning.Board Assistant
Call to Order at 5:06 P.M. by Chairperson Weisman.
STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEWS:
A. New Applications:reviews (pending)—None.
The Board proceeded with the Agenda as follows:
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
5:06 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded Member Dantes to enter
Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0)
5:29 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Goehringer, to
exit Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted(5-0)

DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued with
agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following applications. The original
determinations of each of the following applications as decided are filed with the Southold

Meeting to be held December 5, 2013 at 8:30 AM. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All.
This Resolution was duladopted (5-0).
B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Goehringer, to approve minutes from Regular Meeting held November 7,
2013. Vote of the Board: Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0).
WORK SESSION
A. Requests from Board Members for future Agenda items.
B. Topics for 2014 training sessions: Planning Board and Trustee concurrent
jurisdictions.

the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 6:37 P.M.
