a pre-application conference with the Trustees and staff from the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation to discuss a possible remedy to erosion of the existing low elevation"bluff'on the property. To
that end, I am attaching a check payable to the Town of Southold for$50 and a letter signed by Mrs. Uyanik
authorizing the Trustees to access her property.
