THIS CERTIFIES that the installation of approximately 135 linear feet of 1-2 ton stone
armor over+/-1001b. core stone and filter cloth along toe of and atop existing buried steel
bulkhead; and restore eroded berm area landward thereof with+/-400 cubic yards of clean sand
and re-vegetate with Cape American beach grass; and re-connect dwelling gutters to leaders to
drywells.

Conforms to the application for a Trustees Permit heretofore filed in this office
Dated June 20, 2013 pursuant to which Trustees Wetland Permit#8249 Dated
July 17, 2013 was issued and conforms to all of the requirements and conditions
of the applicable provisions of law. The project for which this certificate is being issued is
for the installation of approximately 135 linear feet of 1-2 ton stone armor over+/-1001b. core
