THIS CERTIFIES that the removal of existing concrete retaining wall, timber
bulkhead, floating dock&ramp; and install a 164 linear foot vinyl bulkhead, and raising the
elevation 4'; a 6'x20' floating dock; 3'x16' aluminum ramp; 4'x4' upper and lower platforms
with stairs; a 3'2"high by 140'4"long handrail along the top of the bulkhead pilings;provide 35
cubic yards of clean fill behind new bulkhead; establish and subsequently maintain a 10' wide
non-turf buffer landward of the bulkhead; the drain pipe from the driveway to the bulkhead be
removed; and the installation of gutters to leaders to drywells to contain roof runoff.

Conforms to the application for a Trustees Permit heretofore filed in this
office Dated April 23, 2013 pursuant to which Trustees Wetland Permit#8172 Dated ,
May 15, 2013,was issued, and Amended on July 22, 2015, and conforms to all of the
requirements and conditions of the applicable provisions of law. The project
for which this certificate is being issued is for the removal of existing concrete retaining wall,

The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to
Wetland Permit#8172 for the as-built 3'2" high by 140'4" long handrail along the top of
the bulkhead pilings; and to install a 3'x16' aluminum ramp instead of a 3'x14' ramp;
and as depicted on the revised site plan prepared by John & Robin lovino, received on
July 6, 2015, and stamped approved on July 22, 2015.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
