The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants the Last One-Year
Extension to Wetland Permit#8113, as issued on March 20, 2013, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE
the Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#8113 to greatly reduce the originally
proposed house alterations by constructing a 200sq.ft. addition with foundation onto the
north side of the existing dwelling; install bilco doors with associated stairs; install
gutters to leaders to drywells to contain roof runoff; repair the flooring on the existing
deck; and subsequently maintain the non-disturbance buffer from the 8' contour line
seaward, and as indicated on the project plan prepared by Barbara Laskin received
January 19, 2016, and stamped approved on February 17, 2016.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Please be advised we are requesting an Administrative Amendment and Extension of the
Original Permit #8113. It is our intention to lessen the proposed construction under this
permit to just the following:
• A 200 sq. addition to the NORTH side of the house only,with a foundation and new
bilco and stairs.
• Add gutters and leaders to drywell
• Maintain the required non-disturbance buffer
• Repair existing flooring on deck
Unlike the original permit,we will not be adding to the South, or West of the house; we will
not be altering the entranceway in any way, nor replacing any part of the deck or stairs.We
will not be installing a new septic system because we are not adding any bedrooms to the
existing two-bedroom house.
Enclosed pleased find two renderings of the projected expansion, to scale, as well as two
checks of$50—one for the Amendment and one for the Extension.
