The covenants and restrictions document must be executed and filed with the County pursuant to§275-10(K)of the Southold Town Code. Please note that a copy of this document or, in the alternative, a sworn statement attesting to the filing is to be presented to the Office of the Board of Trustees within 90 days of issuance of the permit.
