A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Capitol One Bank Building,First Floor Conference
Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday March 21, 2013
commencing at 5:00 P.M.
Present were:
Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member,

George Horning; Member (via video conferencing)

Call to Order at 5:15 P.M.-by Chairperson Weisman..
The Board proceeded with the Agenda as follows:
STATE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY REVIEWS:
A. New Applications: reviews (pending).
DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: The Board continued with
agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following applications. The original
determinations of each of the following applications as decided are filed with the Southold
Town Clerk:

A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Goehringer, to set the next Regular Meeting with Public Hearings to be
held April 4, 2013 at 8:30 AM. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was
duly adopted (4-0).
B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Goehringer, to approve minutes from Regular Meeting held March 7,
2013.Vote of the Board: Ayes:All. This Resolution was dull adopted (4-0).
C. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by
Member Schneider, to amend decision 6617 New Suffolk Waterfront Fund, Inc.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:All. This Resolution was duly adopted 4-0).
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
7:10 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded by Member Goehringer to
enter into Executive Session for Attorney/client privilege. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This
Resolution was duly adopted (4-0).
7:19 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman seconded by Member Goehringer, to
exit Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0).

There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time, Chairperson declared
the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 P.M.
