Trustee Hataier, seconded by:.Trustee Nickles to approve the minutes of the meeting of February 15, - 1979 with the following correction in the resolution regarding the approval of the,- application of Raymond W. Pluschau. . .. . . . . . .58 feet or to the ramp, ' whichever is less. . .. . . " p , 0 - On motion made by Trustee Nickles, seconded by Trustee Hataier, it was RESOLVED to approve the application of Rene Gendron to place 75 lb, mushroom mooring off public property at Town Creek. ,. Tuthill to place offshore stake with pulley line to onshore stake off private property at Orient Creek with permission of the owner, John B. Tuthill. Gardner to:,dredge approximately . 20 by 30 feet on private property of the .,applicant .with;- the condition that the spoil-•wings '-be' moved above highwater mark so as not to disturb.. the,.12 feet of .marsh on ,the..north and south sides "of' the boat- slip. Town Trustees has no; objection to f the. work as proposed to_repair bulkh.ead and dock off private property of James Neefus. Pluschau with the following conditions: 1. The length 'of "the `bulkhead' be changed -to 58 feet or to the ramp whichever ,.is less. 2. Hergrueter John, R, Lambert Mr. Wilbur Baldwin, Mr. Henry Steinbrecker„ Mr. Carson Russell and Mr. Henry Praus appeared before the Board regarding a problem - of the channel closing at Fisherman' s Beach. Mr. Baldwin explained that some years back a permit was issued for a bulkhead, the bulk- head had collapsed before completion and the silt filled in the channel. There had been a good flow of water before the advent of the bulkhead. After much discussion, it was suggested that the gentlemen .'contact Supervisor Martocchia to see if he can get the County to dredge it when they are down here. Mr. Horton,presented a change , in the instruction sheet sent out to applicants. He 'would like placed. on the back .Article I , Section 32-10 of the section of' Boats, Wharves and Docks in- the Code of the- Town.of Southold along with the addresses and tele- phone numbers of the --Board of Town Trustees, Town Clete Depart- went of Environmental Conservation and U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, .these representing the other government agencies that may have jurisdiction and whose approval may be required for any activity mentioned in Section 32-10. The Board was '.in agreement that this should ,be done. Trustee Stoutenburgh brought up the matter of the proposed informational folder presented by the North ForkEnvironmental , Council. - 336 Motion was made by Trustee Haris, seconded by Trustee Hataier and carried to send the folder .with suggested changes ,©n .it back to the Southold Town Board, said folder to state "Offered'by' the Town of Southold and prepared by the .North _Fo.rk 'Env,ironmental,, Council, Inc.`" .
