Horton_ Truee Sco st tt Harris ' Trustee Anna Hataier Trustee John Nickles Tru:s'tee _Paul" 'Stoutenburgh _ 'Peter Campbell, ' Suffolk Times y Trustee Hataier made a motion, seconded by Trustee Stoutenburgh and carried to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of December 5, 1978 with amendment to change the date of the next meeting on page 237.,to January 2,'. 1979. A letter is to be written to Mrs. Van Bokkelin telling her to consult with the 'Town Attorney if she has any confusion regarding the fact that she cannot put a dock at the end of Rochelle Place, a right-of-way. On motion made by Trustee Stoutenburgh, seconded by Trustee Harris, it was . RESOLVED to approve the application of Stirling Harbor Marina and 69hinyard to complete bulkheading on the south marina on .north side to eliminate erosion and protect plantings at Stirling Basin. Vote of the Board:. Ayes: Horton, Harris, Hataier, Nickles Stoutenburgh The applicant is to be notified that if any dredging is to be done a permit will':-be necessary. Trustee Hataier made a motion, seconded by Trustee Harris and carried to approve the mooring renewals for the month of February:, as listed with the exception of Eugene B. Martens, Jr. , who has moved. The clerk was" directed ,to purchase a stamp with the following f wording "Permits will--be' revoked if mooring numbers do not appear on stake .or buoy' - Southold Town Trustees" . This is to be put on all mooring re jVwals and permits / On motion made -by Trustee Hataier, seconded by Trustee Harris, it was RESOLVED to- approve the application of George Capon, Jr. to 217- S use Town Stake #10 at Stirling. Creek. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Horton, Harris, Hataier, Nickles, „ Stoutenburgh ✓ Jul The Matt,a_Mar file was reviewed and the clerk was directed to ) send Mr. Nowak a letter with an application directing him to apply y' for what work he is going to do. The fee paid for the original ' permit is to be checked. Trustee Stoutenburgh made a motion, seconded by Trustee Hataier and carried to accept the check in .the amount of $88.00 from Mr. Baldwin HLunm in payment for permit for 88 feet to bulkheading at his property at Gull Pond and Fordham Canal. There was a review of the application to the Dept. of Environmental Conservation by Mr. Raymond Pluschau for property located at Hallock' s Bay. Mr. Pluschau is to be sent an application for submission to the Board of Town Trustees. The DEC has stated in its negative declaration that there is no marsh located within the work area. The .DEC is to be written informing them that the �J'✓��� ` Town Trustees do not agree with their findings. Besides our �� � ✓ -application if wetlands are involved application must be made to the Town Board. Letters are to be written with copies to the Town Board. A letter was received from James H. Rambo. Inc. regarding proposed dredging and replacement of rotted piles at " ' ' property at Stirling' Creek. It was the agreement of all the -trustees that this is in the jurisdiction of the Village of Green- port and not the Town of Southold. A letter will be written to James H. 'Ramb.o, Inc. informing them. A gentleman named. Mr. Walker had been in the office inquiring about the dredging- of Brushes Creek. Trustee Hataier reported that Mr. Martocchia had announced at the Town Board meeting that he wanted imput regarding priority in dredging the creeks and any additional creeks to be dredged. Trustee Nickles will check with the Dept. of Public. Works and Supervisor Martocchia. Letters were received from the Wortis family regarding the property at the foot- of South Harbor Road, Southold, at Richmond Creek. The next meeting of the Board of Town Trustees wll' be -held February 6, 1979... There being no further business to come before the Board, Trustee Hataier made a motion, seconded by Trustee Harris and carried to adjourn the meeting.
