C/O WENDY PRELLWITZ 7134 INDIAN NECK LANE, PECONIC SCTM# 86-7-7.1 Dear Ms. Costello: The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013: WHEREAS, Costello Marine Contracting Corp. on behalf of HIGH HOUSE WOODS, INC. C/O WENDY PRELLWITZ applied to the Southold Town Trustees for an Amendment to Wetland Permit#8013 under the provisions of Chapter 275.of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated August 23, 2013, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council and to the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Coordinator for their findings and recommendations,,and, WHEREAS, the LWRP Coordinator issued.a recommendation that the application be found to be Consistent with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program policy standards, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, 2 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Amendment to Permit#8013 to construct an 18' return to the east end of the bulkhead; reconstruct instead of patch the 4' section of the bulkhead; construct new 12' return at western section of bulkhead; construct new 3' wide access stairway from seawall to beach replacing existing; and change the retaining wall sheathing material to 2" T&G CCA sheathing versus vinyl sheathing; and as depicted on the revised site plan prepared by Costello Marine Contracting Corp., received on August 23, 2013, and stamped approved on September 18, 2013. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Inspections are required at a fee of$50.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.) That this Permit should be retained indefinitely, or as long as the said Permittee wishes to maintain the structure or project involved,to provide evidence to anyone concerned that authorization was originally obtained. 4. That the work involved will be subject to the inspection and approval of the Board or its agents, and non-compliance with the provisions of the originating application may be cause for revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Board. 5.
