pending approval from the N .Y . S. Department of Environmental
Conservation in. accordance with Part 661 , Tidal Wetlands Land
Use Regulations .

Dear Mr . Hamilton :
We have an application pending concerning the above-
mentioned premises for the set-off. of an 11 ,000± sq . ft .
parcel from the "marina or club-house" parcel , which are
located in the "C-Light Industrial " Zoning District . The
lot to be "set-off" and the remaining lot are both under
20 ,000± sq . ft . in 'area , and the "marina " parcel is not
bulkheaded and appears to be within your-jurisdiction .
This matter has been held in abeyance pending review
and action by the Town Planning Board.- concerning the
subdivision regulations_ of the town . Can you tell us
whether or not the applicant will be required .to _.-apply to
your - agency and if so. ,, please forward the appli cat-ton_.form
.to us so that we may forward it to , the applicant? .
