section of fixed timber catwalk(partially in-place of remaining 4'-5' portion of catwalk to be
removed); a 3'x20' hinged ramp; and 6'x20' float secured by the two (2)relocated pilings.

Dated July 27, 2012 pursuant to which Trustees Wetland Permit#7897 Dated

of the applicable provisions of law. The project for which this certificate is being issued is
