SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 20, 2012
A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Hall Annex, Capitol One Bank Building, First Floor Conference
Room, 54375 Main Road at Youngs Avenue, Southold on Thursday September 20, 2012
commencing at 5:00 P.M.
Present were:
Gerard P. Goehringer,Acting Chairperson/Member
James Dinizio, Member
George Horning, Member, via video conferencing
Jennifer Andaloro,Assistant Town Attorney (left at 5:21 PM)
Vicki Toth, Zoning Board Assistant
Absent was:
Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member
Ken Schneider, Member
Call to Order at 5:07 P.M. by Acting Chairperson Gerard P. Goehringer.
The Board proceeded with the Agenda as follows:
5:07 P.M. Motion was offered by Acting Chairperson Goehringer, seconded by Member Dinizio
to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of Attorney/Client advice and litigation:
Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. Absent was Chairperson Weisman and Member Schneider. This
Resolution was duly adopted (3-0).
5:21 P.M. Motion was offered by Acting Chairperson.Goehringer, seconded by Member Dinizio
to exit Executive Session and reconvene the meeting. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All.Absent
was Chairperson Weisman and Member Schneider. This Resolution was duly adopted(3-0).
5:21 P.M. Assistant Town Attorney Andaloro left.

The Board continued with agenda items, and commenced deliberations on the following
applications. The original determinations of each of the following applications as decided are
filed with the Southold Town Clerk:

A. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Acting Chairperson Goehringer,
seconded by Member Horning, to set the next Regular Meeting with Public
Hearings to be held October 4, 2012 at 9:00 AM. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All.
Absent was Chairperson Weisman and Member Schneider. This Resolution was
duly adopted (3-0).
B. RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion offered by Acting Chairperson Goehringer,
seconded by Member Dinizio, to approve minutes from Regular Meeting held
September 6, 2012. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. Absent was Chairperson
Weisman and Member Schneider. This Resolution was duly adopted (3-0).
WORK SESSION
A. Requests from Board Members for future agenda items.

Goehringer declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting was adjourned at 5:38 P.M.
