THE CHAIRMAN: Rod, what is the story on. the' County Board of Health? ROD- VAN.TUYL: No particular objections. They have recommended the sewage- disposal and it's just a matter, of form with them to approve it. i DONALD TUTHILL: I might mention: what is not written up in the restrictions, but this has been worked out with the understanding of Mr. Dean and Mr. Tasker, is the 20' c `'easement across the three pieces of property and' the one which is covered by a considerable sized pond, - we are giving the easement over the entire lot so that- the Town can go on the lot anywhere if they wanted to have a dxedgarng area. - pR9iN'kV MR. WICKHAM: There is one thing more - on this park and playground area - we have been running into more and more of a problem as to who is going to .maintain it. DONALD TUTHILL: - I didn't go up and have my lawyer rework the re- strictions, but my thought on that is that after a certain number of lots are sold, they will have to form an association to maintain the park. I am trying to negotiate, ndth LILCO to go underground and would like to have your approval so we can sign an agreement with them.
