A regular meeting 'of the Southold Town Planning Board was

There were.bresent: Messrs: John Wickham,, Chairman; William

Absent : Mr. Alfred Grebe.
Also present: Otto W. Van Tuyl, Consultant; Howard Terry,
Building Inspector, .
PUBLIC HEARING: Upon the question of approval of the following
plat: - Plat_ of properly owned by James Dean, Entitled Downsvi.ew,
located at Cutchogue, in the Town .of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York. _
The Chairman opened the hearing by reading the legal notice
of hearing and the affidavits of publication from the Long Island
Traveler-Mattituck Watchman, and the Suffolk Weekly Times,
THE CHAIRMAN: As far as I know everything is in order. This
subdivision was presented to the planning board some sixmnths ago.
HORARD TERRY: The amount of the performance bond has been
approved by. the Town Boardo
