The Chairman informed him that each lot must contain at least 204,000 sq". feet. of -area and suggested that he divide lots 12 '& 13,a leaving ,lot 10 as is, He was given subdivision applications, advised to have preliminary maps made ups;-and file for 'a minor subdivision. Mr Dan 'Smith presented the Board with ,a revised map of property owned 'by`.'Southold Development -Corporation® This proposed subdivision shall hereafter be known as Goose ,Creek Estates. The map showed four lots.®; each over 20. !000 square feet of areal, a 50 ft. .right -of waym: and a 100 ft turn"around. However the .balance of the property -was left unmarked. The easterly section should be _labeled as reserved for -possible future dedication to the Town; In regard to the westerly unmarked section.4, Mrs Smith will either deed it to the ad- jacent property .owners. or dedicate it to the Town. The Board advised him"to have -the map completed by the surveyor' `and presented at the .next Planning Board meeting. 'were received, The Board inspected the map and discussed the application® Approval was granted, -Map to be signed. and sent 'out together with receipt for application feel On motion by Mr. Moisa` seconded by._Mr; Raynor,. it was RESOLVED-that the' 'Southold Town Planning Board grant final approval to ,the minor subdivision of Audre' y:'Abitz, ' located at 'Reeve Avenue and New' Suffolk Avenue: , Mattituck , New Yorke Vote of the Board: Ayes,_,— All Dick Cron, Esg4 . presented -the 'Planning Board with 'a preliminary plan of map of property owned by 'E'.W.' & .H W Wilsberg, Property located at Orient Point:- New ..York-' containing :an area of 48 acres, ; plus or minusV, divided into 65 lots, ' All lots contain' an area of 20.',,000 sq.' feet or over. The -owner was informed that this subdivision must meet all current Highway .Specifications* - The Board inspected the..map -and advised that It 'be ;shaped up and submitted to the `Superintendent of Highways for -his approval, Applications for a subdivision were given to Mr: -Cron to be .completed and returned. Dick Lark- ".Esq. -presented the Planning Board with a revised preliminary map of :Sunset Knolls ' r.Sect'ion II. -it showed that Stanley Road -had been cut through :as recommended by the Superintendent. of Highways-. Mr:, -Lark requested preliminary approval so that they might-go ahead with the County :Health "Department r test holes and so forth* On motion by Mr. Mo.isaz; seconded by Mr-, Grebe , it. was RESOLVED -that the,-Southold Town- Planning Board grant preliminary "approval to the' proposed subdivision .map of Sunset -Knolls.' unset -Knolls.' '.Section located at`Mattituckvr 'New Yorke Vote of the Board: Ayes: All Southold Town-Planrn Board -7- July ,15,' 1969 Dick Lark.,,-Esq.. brought up ,for discussion the -proposed subdivision,, Bennetts Pond owned by Harold R. Reeve & SQns-; Mattituck ; New York, Mr Lark •advised the Board that Mr, Deane; :Superintendent of Highways° ; had inspected the sketch .and gave his approval with: the :recommendation that the :pro- posed road run up to the adjoining property: Mr6 '1?ean is to send a letter to the Board advising them as 'such, The Chairman advised Mr, Lark to have preliminary maps made up and submitted to the Board'. Mr; Edward Booth,,,, representing the -Edna -C. Salmon Estate.,. appeared before the Board with a preliminary-.sketch for division .of land locatedat -Southold, The Board informed Mr, Booth that he must have a 50 ft, right of way and -a 100 ft turnaround, He was given applications for a minor subdivision and advised to have preliminary maps made up.` The Board briefly reviewed the subdivision Laurel Country 'Estattes. .The-Chairman -read the affidavit received from Stanley: Sledjesk-i disclosing his interest in this subdivision, ' .No further action was taken at .this time, Mr; Wickham •reported that .he attended ,the hearing held by the Suffolk County Planning Commission on July 30',, 1969`0; at the County-`Centerp; 'Riverhead,, NAY.' The meeting was- held to make a determination - on -the proposed industrial zoning of the ;-Town -of Riverhead® The industrial -zoning was dis- approved by the Commission. A telephone call was received from' Supervisor -Martocchia commending the manner in which .Mr. Wickham represented the Town at the' Suffolk County-:Planning Commission hearing. Mr, Martocchia also advised the'Planning Board that the Town Board had accepted the performance bond for Harvest Homes Estates Section 1. The final maps of this subdivision were signed by the Chairman and forwarded to Walter 'Kapp,e; :Esq. Y:S;' .Office of Planning Coordination) 'advising him that they .approved -state aid for the Master- Plan in the amount of $li,60'0, A letter was sent to Wm.
