Moisa Alfred Grebe June 17, 1958 Archibaad N. Young SOUTHOLD TOWN PLANNING BOARD MINUTES . A regular meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held on- Tuesday evening, June 17, 1955 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Clerks Office, Southold, New York. There were present: Messers Harold R. Reeve, Henry F. Moisa; Alfred Grebe, Archibald N. Young and Howard M. Terry, Building Inspector. Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Petrucci appeared before the Board asking for the uMn: Multiple Residence District. The Planning Board decided to grant the 111Po zone to Mr. Petrucci, however it was the determination of the Board to: RESOLVE, That a recommendation would be made to the Town Board, that Mr. Petrucci be granted the desired zone, with the understanding that it should more or less conform with the map submitted, tonight, of November /+, 1949, designating a basin. In the matter of petition of Edna A. Brown for a change of zone from UAa Agricultural and Residential District to "Blk Business District as to operate a restaurant and-.tavern, certain real property in Peconic — located on the Northwest corner of land of Vllilliam 'North and bounded on the east by 11ill Lane, running North to Peconic Inlet, more clearly described in petition submitted. It was the determination of the Board to: RESOLVE, That the Planning Board recommend to the Town Board approval of this application. Mr. and firs. Zeigler appeared before the Board regarding the maintainance of their trailer camp and the establishment of three duplex units on the same grounds. It was decided by the Board that the area of land is not big enough to accommodate both, therefore it was the determination of the Board to: RESOLVE, That the Planning Board recommend to the Town Board approval of \ its decision and also that it be explained to Mr. Zeigler that he either have a trailer camp or three duplex units, theee isntt room for both. The Clerk then read the Minutes of the May 21th meeting, PLANNING BOARD which were approved by the members. MEMBERS John Wickham, Chairman In the matter of petition of Mr. and Mrs. Spinthourakis for ampompu=. a change from "A« Agricultural and Residential District to ':M" Multiple Residence District certain real property situated at East Harold R. Reeve Marion bounded on the north by the Main Road — on the east, land of Downs — southerly, partly by other land formerly of Charles T. Brooks, Henry F. Moisa and partly by land of Wayland C. Brown formerly of William bunch. It , fred Grebe was the determination of the Board to: .Archibald N. Young RESOLVE, That the Planning Board recommend to the Town Board approval of this application. A change in the Building Zone Ordinance, section 1012 on penalties that it be an offense rather than a misdemeanor. It was the determination of the Board to: RESOLVE, That the Planning Board recommend to the Town Board approval of the above change. The next meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board will be held on July 15, 1958 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Clerks Office, Southold, New York.
