Reeve Henry Moisa Alfred Grebe Archibald Young MINUTES Southold Town Planning ng Board December 16, 1958 A regular meeting of the Southold .Town Planning Board was held on December 16, 1958 at 7:30 P. M.:in the Town Clerk's Office, Southold, NeW: York. Present at this..meeting were. Messers John Wickham, Chairman; Harold R. Reeve,; Henry F. Moisa; and Archibald N. Young. Also present were: Mr. Howard M. Terry, Building Inspector, and Otto V. Van Tuyl. The Minutes of the November 7th and November loth meetings, on motion made by Mr. Reeve and seconded by Mr. Moisa were approved as read. A communication was received from the- Town Board stating that as a result of their meeting of November 25th, the petition of . Sacks and Papish have been denied on the date of December loth. The petition of Ring on the Gravel Pit;96r a change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "C"' Industrial District . was granted by the Town Board, effective Decemberl, 1958. The petitions of Puskarz for a change from "A, to k"-was denied, Petrucci for a change from "A to C" was denied, as was the petition of Latham for a change from "A to C" and George Smith for a- change from "A to C", all as of November 10th, 1958. fir. Frank Robinson appeared before the Planning Board regarding his sub-division for an Open Development Area in Paradise Point, Bay- View, Southold. Reeve said map. and dated December 16, 1958• Henry Moisa Alfred Grebe Helen Cochran Appeared before this Board on the matter Archibald Young concerning her property Known as Terry Waters, Southold, New' Yorke On motion made by Mr. Reeve and seconded by Mr. Young that we approve the roads as shown oh map by Otto W Van Tayl & Sbu from surveVa completed September 10, 1958 and approved by the Suffolk County Department of Health on December 8, .1958, and signed by the Chairman. Mr. Wickhaa talked with Mr. Harold Price, .Superintendent of Highways about the roads in Terz7 Waters, which were approved and accepted as passable for.private roads. A communication was received ,from the Supervisor stating that to the future he would like that all recommendations to the Town Board be accompanied with a report. A. map of the property of William-Wells'of Bay View., Southold, New; York showing a few changes i hich°have taken place since our previous approval was submitted and studied by the Board members. It was the determination of.the Planning Board to: -RESOLVE, That the Board approve the map of Otto '-. Van TLV1 & Son from. survyes completed on December 10; 1958e. A request for an Open Development;Area was received from Mr. Walter Grabie of Mattituck regarding certain real.property known as Lupton Point located and bounded as follows: to the North by Elmer Ruland; Fast by Weise Corso; .South by Jensen Audeoun and to th,i West by Ruland and OtBriene Since the map showed. that all ' had_ less than 100 feet of frontage, the Chairman suggested that a letter be written to Mr. Grabie stating that before approval, the right-of-way should be im- proved and there should be at least 3.001 frontage on the. road. In the matter of petition of Benderkson for a change of zone from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to nM"T Multiple Residence District certain property located and bounded as follows: on the 'north by Long Island Sound about 200 feet; Easterly by land of Daisy.Dodge about 660 feet; Southerly by the North Road about 25 feet; thence Westerly 129 feet and South.1001 by land now or formerly of Vrooman and thence Westerly by land of Banks now of Hoffman about,560 feet; said premises being shown on annexed map and designated as "Qui, 3.788 acres.
