A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held in the
Town Clerks Office, Southold, N. Y,, on Friday, September 6, 1957 at 7 P.M.
There were present: Messrs. Wickham, Reeve, Van'Dazer and Moisa
Absent: - Mr. Grebe
Also_pre sent,: Messrs. T erry,__g]ipp and �anl'u�*1.
Minutes of the September 3rd meeting were read by the Clerk. On motion
made by Mr. Reeve, _seconded by Mr. Moisa,. and-carried, minutes were approved.
After review of some of the old filed maps, it was the unanimous agreement
of the Board to recommend to.the Southold Town Board approval of the following:
Gardiner's lay Estates - Sub-division of map of Section 2. Map by Mr.
