This is to certify that the following action was taken by the
Southold Town Planning Board on November 19, 1957:
Petition of Helen Cochran to establish an t'Open Development
Areal) under the provisions of Section 280-a of the Town Law of the State
of New York. Description: Map of Terry Waters, Bay View, Southold, N. Y.
It is the determination of the Planning Board that we recommend
to the Town Board that approval be given to the access to this property,
with a suggestion that provisions be made to reserve one hundred (100)
feet on the water for future access.
