As cost outlay is a major concern for the Malones, we would like your reaction to this plan, and that of the Board if you deem it appropriate, before hiring the surveyor to revise the map. A rough sketch is enclosed. The plan would be to leave the large lot along Sound View Avenue out of the proposal altogether. The plan would include two minor subdivisions of the two large rear lots into two lots each. The building areas would be as shown, at either end of the property, away from the overhead power lines and leaving a large open space area in the middle. Please advise. Very truly yours, Abigail A.
