The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit. d. Upon approval of this application,the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Dec. 7,2007 Attn: Pat Conklin Town Hall Southold,NY Dear Ms.Conklin, 'Thank you for your guidance in regards to the new tennis court abutting the existing three at the Fishers Island Club.I researched the minutes and found that the existing three were built in 197g. I contacted Tony Bussman who was the General Manager at the time as asked why no building permit was issued.He told me that at that time the building inspector just had to be notified of the intention of building the courts and that after reviewing the location the inspector granted the go ahead on the project. As far as the planning board,the three courts were on the approved site plan of two years ago when we built the tennis pavilion.
