SQUTHOLD- TOWN" PLANNING' BOARD
February 13, 1967
A regular meeting of the Southold Town' Planning Board
was held at 7:30 P.M, , Monday,- February 13, 1967, at the
Town' Office, Main Road, Southold, New York.
There were present: Messrs: John WickhAm,- Chairman;
Henry Moisa, William Unkelbach.
Absne t: Mr.- Alfred Grebe - due to poor flying conditions.
- Also present: Mr.- Otto Van Tuyl, Consultant; Howard Terry,
. Building Inspector.
The Board viewed the final maps of Birch Hills at
' Cutchogue, owned and developed by Birch Properties, Inc.
These were briefly.41tsiopuLd discussed and held over until
the final application is 'received from-the applicant.
Mr. Otto Van Tuyl gave a report- on the seminar of
Oceanographic Committee held Wednesday, January 25, 1967 at
the Hauppauge' County''Center, Veterans Memorial Highway,
Hauppauge, New York.

Southold Town Planning Board -2- February 13, 1967
On motion by Mr. Unkelbabh, seconded by Mr. Moisa, it was
RESOLVED that the minutes of the Southold Town Planning
Board dated January 10, 1967 and January 18, 1967, be approved
as submitted.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:-"ALL
A letter was written to` Dawn Estates Buildexs Corp. in
regard to the Salt drainage at- Cleaves Point, Section III.
- Copy of said letter is on file in the office� of the Planning
Board.
The next- regular meeting of the� Southold Town Planning
Board will be held at 7330 P.M. , Tuesday, March 7, 1967, at
the Town' Office, Main Road, Southold, New York.
Subsequently, the Planning Board worked-on the Southold
area of the business district land use ..map for the Master Plan.
The meeting was adjourned.
