Mr. Van Tuyl showed a map of the area We.ht of' Mill Lane,
Peconic to Bridge Lane, Cutchogue .with the road through Henry
Smith's Peconic'Homes, Section 114t extended as discussed at-- the
last Planning Board meeting. A five foot offset= from_.the- Long
Island Lighthg Company Hi-line at` Smith's west- property- line does
not give enough clearance from .the' Long Island Lighting 'Company
right- of way for any. practical purpose. He believes there should
be at least three. roads between the hi-line and Long Island Sound.
A motion. was made, seconded, and carried, the Planning
Board rescinder the action of the last meeting requiring the
five foot offset on Smithts west property line,. and .approve
the road parrallel to the hi-line.
The next- regular meeting of the Southold Town' Planning Board
,will be held at 7:30 P.'M,, Tuesday,:- May 9. 1967,, at- the Town,
