LEFFERTS P: EDSONe EDQ. : People have a right of' way from Route ,11 on the easterly side line down the farm which is. continueous with -the adjoining owner. That is the way it- will always be unless there . is public access and the junction will have to be made-here., THE' CHAIRMAN: Then. put- the right of way on the maps, then we have something. A map with a right of way on it. This new section does change the picture .in that- there is no access right here. LEFFERTS P. EDSONo ESQ.*: There .never was- access there. This is a private agreement. THE CHAIRMAN: Then sketch in on., the map and say what it is. MR UNKELBACH: 'He proposed that he make a quit-- claim deed on this. LEFFERTS P.- EDSONa.
