Election of Officers TRUSTEE SMITH ran the election for President. TRUSTEE KING nominated Albert Krupski, Jr. , Artie Foster second the motion. There were no other nominations and the vote was .unanimous. TRUSTEE KRUPSKI appointed James King as Vice-President. II. MEETINGS: Meeting and Field Inspection dates were discussed and the Board will use the proposed dates as much as possible. The Board does wish .to meet with the East End and. South End Trustees, and a meeting will be set this year. III. NEW BUSINESS: Henry Smith volunteered to represent the Board in the Goldsmith Inlet Committee The following items need to be discussed with the Town Attorney: - Residency. requirements for shellfish permits - Amendments to wetland permits - Check off of permit before the Building Dept. can issue a Certificate of Occupancy IV. OLD BUSINESS: Mooring survey and mooring use was , discussed and the Board decided to look -into a uniform buoy system and possibly a uniform tackle system for moorings in town waters. The new Board 'members will be participating in future Fishers Island Field Inspections in the future. A camera was discussed . and should be purchased for� the Boards use in field inspection. I The new members agreed to attend some of the Department Head meetings to represent the Board and familiarize themselves with the other agencies at Town Hall. Also of importance was the discussion of water sampling to aid the Dept. of Environmental Conservation on shellfish openings. The Conservation Advisory Committee and Shellfish Advisory Committee were both discussed as vehicles to run water samples to the State Lab as well as collect samples. Meeting adjourned at 9: 25
