SOUTHOLD TOWN PLANNING BOARD
January. 18, 1967
A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board
was held at 7: 30 P.M. , Wednesday, January 18, 1967, at the Town
Office, Main Road, Southold® New York.
There were present: Messrs: John- Wickham, Chairman;
Henry Moisa, William Unkelbach, Howard Terry,- Building
Inspector.
The Planning Board reviewed the new proposed subdivision
regulations. Thes'were gone over page by page and a list of
suggestions and changes were sent to 'Raymond & May Associates.
The Planning Board went over the framework for the Zoning
Ordinance page by page. A list of suggestions and changes were
sent to Raymond &: May Associates.
The Planning Board went over the business district land use
map for the Orient, Cutchogue and Mattituck area.
The Planning Board discussed improvements in the highway
specifications with Raymond Dean, Sup° t of Highways. It was .
agreed to require widening prepared base and surface to 3.7 feet.
Also to be required will be catch basins, curb inlets, drainage
inlets, screens, curbs, curbs and gutter combination, catch and
settling basins, fencing and slopes for leaching and recharge basins.
