Project Description: To convert one existing overflow/cesspool into a septic
tank, keep other overflow tank as is and add two additional overflow tanks.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
application received on Mamh 31, 2011 and plans stamped approved on April 20,
2011.
Conditions: None
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
