Dear Trustees:
1 will be on vacation next week and will not be able to attend your work session
regarding the subject matter,
The Trustees previously denied my clients application to allow the beach stairs with 10' x
12' platform to remain "as-built". We would like to proceed with obtaining approval for the
existing beach stairs and removing all of the platform (wood deck), except a 4'x 8' landing
connecting the two sections of beach stairs. Transmitted hereby is a copy of a portion of the
survey showing the proposed landing.
Kindly advise me of the manner In which we should proceed.
